Domain Renewed

My other blog,’s domainThe Bloggers Journal,is about to expire in 5 days. I’ve been waiting for my payout for the carriage bolt article that I wrote a week ago hoping to get it on time, but the payment was delayed and I’m glad that my friend have some funds in her paypal to help me save the day.

Now, I only have 3 more domains to renew for the next 90 days and I’m positive that I have enough time to accumulate an amount enough to renew all of it in one time renewal.

Temporarily that is! I was actually a pro-member, at least for a couple of months but I decided to downgrade my membership thinking that one way or the other, those image will show up again anyway, so what the heck. As much as I needed to post an image of raypak heater in one of my post, but I will skipped it for now.

So,sorry for the inconvenience if you guys are here and all you see is those image error.

Hottest Year

I just read a news about the year 2011 being one of the hottest year in the US, but I’m not sure if it’s the same here in the Philippines where the weather is always hottest, lol!Maybe that’s the reason why a lot of US residents opted to have a pool to keep themselves cool during the hot season, even the sale of solar sun rings pool cover was on the rise than usual.

Here in the Philippines, Summer is only within two months away and we’re looking forward for a couple of trip to the beach. I can’t wait!!!

Shopping Takes Crappyness Away

I was having a bad day yesterday, but I try my very best not to dwell on it so much I decided to stay offline as long as I could.I went to the postoffice to send some happiness eventhough it feels like I’m the one who needed it, and to take the crappyness out of my day,I decided to go shopping for postcards and here’s what I got;

I bought 10 pcs because I wasn’t aware that it’s only php1.50 until I saw my receipt with the total of Php10.50. After postcard, I also decided it’s time to upgrade my postcard box and this is what I bought;

Now,I’m in the mood to write down some address again.

Yup! i think I’m off to a great start this 2012,money wise that is,why? because I received an unexpected payment of $15 on the first day of January and I considered it as a good sign. . 2011 was a good year, with a few bumps here and there, but nonetheless,I’m forever grateful for God’s faithfulness and I’m sure,just like last year, He will be with us thru this new year.If anything,here’s a few things that I’m truly looking forward this year;

Moving back to US,hopefully for good.
Get a real job.
Celebrate our 9th anniversary on July
Kendrick’s 7th birthday and Patrick will be 11 this year.
Summer vacation in US
Buy another DSLR to replace my stolen one.

Those are my list for now, but I know that it’ll keep growing as the days go by.

I am currently using a $2 worth fashion watch right now, but if I can afford to get a high-end watch, there’s no doubt that this is what I’m going to get. I love the color,Pink,I love the style, so elegant and I’m sure I could easily match it up to any out fit. I think I need to redo my goal for 2012, I have to add, “Buy this watch” first.

GM#22: Fun At The Train

My last entry of Green Monday was on September and since then,I wasn’t able to join every week anymore because I got so very busy. I think for my new year’s resolution, I will include being active in a meme once again.

But anywho, without further useless explanation, my entry today is this train that Kendrick and I rode yesterday when we went to Luneta Park with my family and close friends within the neighborhood.It’s one of those fun rides that drive people around the park,it only cost Php30 for kids and Php50 for grown ups.

It was a fun-filled after Christmas get together.

Need A New Laptop

Badly! My Acer laptop,I think finally reach it’s peak as it keep showing a sign of surrendering. I can’t use it for a longer time anymore as it keep shutting down when it gets too hot, and the humid weather here in the Philippines is not helping it either. It’s another reason, aside from my slow connection, that’s why I’m not really into so much blogging lately.

Thankfully, we have three laptop here because my sister have two and sometimes, she let me borrowed it specially when I have lots of work to do online and my own laptop can’t keep up with me. Thanks to her laptop last time because I was able to submit my pool covers article just in time an hour before my deadline.

Anyway, I hope to buy it early next year, as of now,I think I have to settle for this junkie laptop.

It’s Almost Christmas

And with so many things that is going on around, I have more than a hundred reasons to celebrate it. Yes,some people might asked, how’d you be able to celebrate in the middle of this problem that a lot of our fellow Filipinos in Mindanao are suffering?I’ll say, actually, it is the main reason why we have to celebrate, yes, the problem is big, but our GOD is way bigger than any problem in the world combined and I know that HE will not leave us nor forsake us in a times of need,just like HE promised in HIS word.

I will celebrate because once again, the Filipinos are united again to help each other. A lot of people set aside their personal need and differences and be united to give help to those in need.

I will celebrate because once again, a lot of people remember to call on GOD.

I will celebrate because my friends who live in the affected areas are all well and alive and that’s all the matters.

I will celebrate because many people lost things that can be replace in no time.

I will celebrate (silently in prayers) for those who died, because from now on, no more pain and no more anguish for them but all peace with the Lord.

What happened to Mindanao is not a punishment from GOD. It is actually a self-inflicted disaster cause by people who neglect Mother Nature.I hope we all learned from it.
